SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspect finished goods or subassemblies for maximum fitness for use by utilizing complicated drawings, procedures, and other pertinent documentation. Use a variety of test equipment such as scales, torque gauges, test light, power supply, hypot oscilloscope, ohmmeter, and special test rigs.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspect and test products received from assembly and subassembly.
Perform first piece inspection on items received from subassembly and assembly.
Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform packaging audits.
Complete applicable documentation (i.e., test checklists).
Perform necessary ERP trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a level of knowledge that is usually associated with a High School diploma or specialized training in the use of measuring and test equipment such as test light, scale, power supply, hypot ohmmeter, and oscilloscope along with one to three years of relevant experience.
Understanding of Engineering drawings and Quality Control standards.
Knowledge of computer programs (i.e., Excel, Word).
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Required to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Combination of Manufacturing and Office environment
- Regular exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold and odors
